1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return or replacement if:

• Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery.

• The product must be unused, in original condition, and with all tags, packaging, and invoice.

3. Refund Process

• Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

• If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

• In case of Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refund will be issued via bank transfer, wallet, or store credit.

4. Replacement/Exchange

• If you prefer, you may choose to replace your product instead of getting a refund (subject to stock availability).

• Replacement requests must follow the same conditions as returns.

5. Non-Returnable Items

6. Cancellation Policy
